Me and my husband love this place! I try something new every time and I haven’t really been disappointed yet. I see some reviews about the friendliness of the stuff and while I see where people are coming from, it doesn’t really bother us. We always get seated quick, our order is taken and fulfilled quickly as well and then we are left alone which I appreciate. At this point this is our regular spot and we will be coming back plenty more. I also really like the vibe inside and we constantly feel an urge to dance to the background music :)

Every time we fly into Atlanta, GA to DJ an Indian wedding, we know we are going to find some great restaurants. After asking many local people where they eat, we found Masti. Nice staff, good food and drinks. We had Gol Gappa aka Pani Puri, Amritsari Fish, chicken kabob, and many different drinks. We have been to Amritsar for a wedding, so we had high expectations of the fish. It did not disappoint. Definitely a highlight here and not to be missed. Drinks were also good since they have a full bar. They even have some good non-alcoholic options. The next time we are back in Atlanta, we will stop here again. They have two locations in Atlanta and one in Duluth.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with the family on a rainy weekend afternoon. My actual rating of this place would have been 4/5 but because of the nostalgia and food experience, I am giving it a 4.5/5 The place was not very crowded and here is the summary of my experience there: 1) Ambiance 4/5: Frankly speaking, I am divided here since on one side they have some great decor while some really old couch covers present a wrong image. I would request the owners to look at it and change especially the old couch outside the place 2) Service 5/5: The service was good and the servers were fast and helpful with questions and suggestions. They were also fast with the food. 3) Food 6/5: We had a great time with the food and here is the summary of what we ordered: a) Thali: I ordered the veg thali which was great with tandoori roti, rice, dal, pickle, sweet, papad, raita, and veg of the day for 10 which tasted like home food. Totally worth the money b) Papdi Chaat: I had ordered this previously at home and did not like it since it was all moist and gooey but this time at the restaurant it was crispy and tasty. Definitely recommended c) Chicken Biryani: This is one of the best biryani that my wife has had. Properly suited to American tastebuds. She liked the fact that it was not overly spicy and the chicken was boneless and juicy. d) Chicken Korma: The spice level was medium and it was creamy and tangy. You generally don't go wrong with it. 4) Value for Money 4/5: Though some of the things like biryani and korma and not very cheap, thali and papadi chaat really makeup for it with the taste and cost. Also, in general, everything was great in taste. Overall, definitely recommended. Recommended: i) Thali for home-like taste ii) Chicken biryani for American tastebuds iii) Papadi chaat for Indian nostalgia PS: Don't forget the different kinds of sauf(fennel seeds mouth freshener) with tamarind candies at the gates. I brought back such nostalgia in me.

Indian street food is some of my favorite food. I love the large selection of street eats and more traditional dishes that Masti offers. The parantha tacos with paneer and the paneer sliders were basically the same dish in a different wrapping. With that said, the filling is very tasty! We also tried the Chinese Bhel, Veg Momo, and Deconstructed Samosa Chat. The deconstructed samosa chat was not really deconstructed... but if you take out that word then the dish is exactly what you’d expect. The dining room was very loud which was a little distracting and the service was very slow. I would go back for the food but maybe would try take out instead to avoid the noise.

Loved it!! Being Desi, I know good Indian food. There's an algorithm to the seasoning, the spices, the simmering, not just the presentation. The Sham Savera was delicious. Unlike anything I've eaten from an Indian restaurant before. Hakka noodles and thali were also very good. Definitely want to come back and explore the entire menu in greater detail.

I have been eating here for about 2 years. I dined in the other day and of course, loved it. The Masti Pasta is my favorite dish. It never fails to hit the spot whether with chicken or paneer, it is delicious! I tried the paneer paratha tacos. My partner really enjoyed them. I got a kiwi mojito as well. Very yummy.

This place turned out to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food is excellent and just enough spice to keep you wanting more! The staff is better than 5 star restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is pleasant and all-around great restaurant.
